I fully agree with surfer too chesh but, Ken was a working class bloke who stuffed it up them, He earned money by doing what he diddy, He never robbed anyone except the very man who does not work, the tax man, He gave the people who attended his gigs 200%, he never left early and never told the same joke twice, A brilliant Man, He earned his crust and like you rightly said, found a loop hole in his dying days to cheat the robbin' taxman,
