According to the letters we have received we both qualify for the Winter fuel payment of £250 EACH this includes a pensioner cost of living payment each. No additional payment for Yvonne being on PIP

You both qualified because of receiving the state pension.Thats £500 for your household. Had neither of you been on State pension then your household would have been able to claim under PIPs that your wife receives.
