Dodd should have been jailed.
He was a fraud and a con man.
He had money stashed in other houses as well as his own attic.
He was very well known for being extremely frugal.
He rinsed the economy of thousands of pounds by being paid in cash and not declaring it. Its people like him that have made our economy less wealthy. Its the residents of the UK what pay the price for incidents like this
If you are doing a job and being paid cash, you should declare it.
