Use the Metrolink.

Drive to the Parkway park and ride just off the M60 near the Trafford centre
Leave the car there for nowt
Take the tram to Cornbrook, change and take another to Eccles. Get off at Ladywell, it’s then a 5 min walk to the hospital.
