In my last job we got 30mins for our meal break so anything that you could ping was essential. It did not have to be a ready meal but anything you could heat up and eat in that time using a microwaveEven in summer it got cold inside the warehouse working for 12 hours so you needed a hot meal.When I 1st started there was a large workforce so there was a canteen to serve various meals but has time went on and the workforce dwindled they shut the canteen and we ended up in a small room with two microwaves and a kettle and a toaster
