I don't very often buy ready made (microwave) meals, but when I do, I have the same problem with the tiny print. I'm not a very big eater, but it makes me laugh when some of them say "Feeds 2". Two what? Anorexic scarecrows!

Not meaning to blow my own trumpet, but I'm a fairly good cook and make 98% of my meals from scratch and I try not to eat the same combination of food in the same month, so I keep a daily log of my food intake.
