William Parkinson was married to my 1st cousin twice removed Elizabeth Ratcliffe. In the 1911 and 1939 censuses I think he was in Ince and seems to have given up being a publican. John Ratcliffe (my great great uncle) had the White Bull in 1891, Joseph (John's son) had the pub in 1911. I would love to see the photograph that you have of William if you could make it available.
