You started not being nice by wanting to meet face to face "so to speak" and I think that is threatening. My comments before that were light hearted and a bit of fun. Everyone is entitled to their own view, it doesn't matter about minority, majority, it is seeing a different perspective.
If you don't like that, go and live in China where people without your view will be re-educated. (Take grimshaw with you).

With every thread you go back to the miners strike, you pick a fight. Why don't you start your own thread just for you and your chums to reminisce and others can avoid.

It is now some 40 years since the miners strike and you are still wounded.

More seriously, you must be going into old age, life is very short, I think you may have some sort of PTSD and, there is no malice in this just a suggestion, it may help if you get some counselling.
I don't know if you have a family, but surely they are tired of the same old lament. Will your words on your deathbed be, "the miners strike killed me"?
