Yes, the name Waterloo (place/street/?) rings a bell.

I think it will have closed now, as there is a now larger Ukrainian Cultural Centre, tuther side of Cheetham Hill.(Smedley road or lane or sim.)

I used to live in North Manchester General Hospital in Crumpsall, so it was a convenient location.
