Has the route of the A5225 between Westwood and Westhoughton been changed as a few years ago, I saw map of the proposed route which showed that after Westwood, it would go via Lower and Higher Ince, around the top of Hindley and join Cricketers Way at the gap near the Lidl store. At the other end of Cricketers Way, it would then go around the back of Park Road and join the roundabout on the A6.

In other words, never went near Over Hulton.
