Being a shopkeeper myself, I know a thing or 2 about shops, Todays shopkeepers are employed using the graded system, high end staff need an HND which means, from school to end of Uni, they never used a shop at all, Middle graded staff need college degree's so, That means they can use a laptop but, don't know a thing about stock rotation, Low graded part time shelve fillers pull the other grades out by stocking on the right shelves, this makes the shop run well for 75% of the time But they don't know whether they are coming or going,
