wigan town centres problems.
1 too many retail shops in the town centre for its own good
2 no free car parking.
3 a bus station thats at the bottom of an hill for old folk to get in and out from..
finally a council who cant see the wood for the trees.
open up the town center to traffic .let folk park for twenty minutes free so they can nip into shops and out again quickly,restoring footfall.
back to the good old days
