Gardening needs its own board because it gets too many threads, We need a board that can be dived into sections and one of the sections should be people posting just smileys , to keep everyone happy,

Start one on WR, Tom.

Tom why would it be better having its own board? There have been 4 very popular gardening threads on hobbies IMO.

On the subject of WR Tom its nice to see you are listening to me and leccy. It would appear you are finally taking out friendly advice on board and starting to clean things up a bit and set some standards.

A number of the more offensive comments have now been removed which is positive but unfortunately there is still the odd snidey comment being directed at certain members of WW and sad to say it would appear you are behind a few of them and turning a blind eye to the others.......so much for no bickering eh?

Still....its a change for the better and Rome wasn't built in a day. The trend over there is up and I am sure if you stick at it one day you and your members will have a forum to be proud of.

hello Annie , those bench ends are off a bench I bought from B+M's a couple of years ago, The original woods were very thin and flimsey and rotted, I had a look around and decided to make my own from decking boards from B+Q , those boards are £3.76 each,

Tom,I planted some Lavatera seeds I'd saved from last Summer for me and a friend five days ago,and can't believe they're sprouting already..ive also potted tomato seeds and cucumbers,they're on my window sill.

Two weeks ago Tonker and nasty Mac posted yet again my personal details on WR, I don’t know why they choose to pick on me, I’ve done them no personal harm, thankfully Forumotion deleted the posts, they really shouldn’t be allowed to belong to a local site and should be banned.
Tomplum, who I have great respect for, in the case of Tonker and Mac posting my name, address and car details has done nothing, and should hang his head in shame.
I suspect he is under the control of nasty Mac and does what he is told.

Having seen the said 'joke' I find myself disappointed with Tomplum who I consider to be a friend.
It is of 3 paragraphs, the first paragraph features an example of a palindrome.
The second gives an example of a change of tense from present to past by rearranging the letters of a 3 letter word.
The third can only be described as a racist rant supposedly an example of the first 2 paragraphs but it's around 70 words long

Both Tom and Mac have been so kind since my hubby passed away and both said that anything they could do just to let them know..and as for Basil keep calling him nasty Mac..well Mac has even given me his tel no. after I had a terrifying time Wednesday night at 11-30 when a drunken man kept banging on my door for three quarters of an hour until the police turned up...I don't think there's anything nasty about him at all.

I do hope that this thread puts an end to any bad feelings..life's too short.
