During this Lock-down Watching more TV, I Have noticed that there seems to be a slightly lower voice than the normal presenters in the background, Has Anyone else noticed it.

I watch 'Homes Under The Hammer' and I am constantly baffled by property developers declaring that they will strip out and replaster, put a new bathroom and kitchen in, tile the roof, decorate all rooms and Landscape the garden for 5 Grand!
