A culinary art form making poached eggs?
It's one of my breakfast favorites, the eggs need carefully simmering to the point of non-sloppy whites but a semi-solid yoke, I hate sloppy eggs!
Toast spread with butter to stop the bread going soggy with water off the eggs, salt and pepper to taste....yum!!

Britboy do you add vinegar to the water and stir the water before putting the egg in? This helps to bind the egg together
