Last League Match

Why have Sky brought Wigan v Salford forward to Thursday. It would be better off If the last games of the season all kicked off at the same time like they do in football instead of giving some teams an advantage over others by knowing what or what they don't need to do days later.

Utterly agree but then we know that the Rugby League is run by idiots over in Yorkshire and are behind the times with everything just as they are with the "NEW DEAL " that SKY is stealing from the Super League ie newcontract money is a lot less this time ,my view they are getting our sport on the very,very cheap , and are walking all over us , just as the latest one in moving the Wigan v Salfor game at thier convenience which is of no benefit to the true supporters of our game !!!

Never a truer word said

Sport is now ruled by television rights contracts especially those of Sky who have smaller sports like Rugby League in a their pocket of either accepting whatever they do or if not, ending up in financial situation which could result in some clubs going to the wall.

A example being the moving of games with no objection by the RFL or the clubs involved in any change.

p.s. and the headquaters of the RFL is no longer in Yorkshire but in Manchester at the Etihad Stadium complex.

I;m still fuming about this, Our weekend back to Wigan will now just be about family with no game to see.
