At 46yrs of age today won her 19th Gold medal at the Paralympics...what a marvellous achievement....well done girl...and all the other athletes who have given their all.

Brilliant, well done, and also well done to all who took part.

Just been reading about it, total star...also watched a one legged man do the Fosbury flop in the high jump....These people take guts and bravery to the next level.
