roses
first flowers on my roses, and they are beautiful,but those pesky greenflies are all over them,so just sprayed them.

Companion planting it's called, though I forget which companions they want, marigolds maybe?

If you spray with a quite strong mix of washing up liquid, that will kill the Greenfly.

As spud 1 says,"spray with washing up liquid" and you can then remove the big clusters with a small paint brush.

I solved the problem with the greenfly by removing the roses, now they are making their homes in my honeysuckles, you just cant win with the little buggers
