Photos please Brian!

Brian could you, or anyone else provide me with pictures of Mayors of Wigan from 1955 to 1961? I would love to present a small albumn to my Dad. Also if anyone has a picture of Councilor John Robert(Robin) Hilton who was part of Wigan Council around 1969!!!!!

Yes I have a photograph of Tom Cobley and his wife. He is shaking hands with Elsie Tanner (Pat Phoenix) prior to the kick off in a charity football game at Springfield Park c.1962. Also on the photo. is Jennifer Moss. In fact I went to the game.
