I like Tonker, as I did Scuttler before he got banned. There's nowt wrong with saying it like it is as long as it doesn't become offensive. That's not forums are about, I hope. Me peacemaker - me not like bother-makers.

Well, on another thread he mocked someone whom has a phobia, not about the disability but about the way she wrote and to someone whom has a phobia and whom needs her confidence building this is OUT OF ORDER!!!!

Sorry DD. Didn't know Tonker had been rude. I only hope that Zoe can rise about any nasty jibes. It dun't bother me one way or t'other. My philosophy is this. If someone means something to me and they hurt me, then I'm hurt. If someone hurts me and I don't know them from Adam - sod 'em. Who cares? You have a right to your own opinion, PROVIDED THAT you don't rubbish someone and hurt their feelings. Are you listening Tonker! Try to be a little more polite to the nice folk on this forum, and we'll try to do the same for you.

Oh, and by the way, Tonker did NOT mock the afflicted, like you seem to enjoy saying. All Tonker meant was, write properly when communicating with the public and not in some sort of code. Tonker never mentioned any phobia/illness/disorder etc. and, also, was not the only one to ask for messages to be written in the accepted way, or did you lot not happen to notice that.

Tonker, in one of my replies i stated that you was not has you put it 'mocking the afflicted' but the way someone wrote a message.People can write how they want too. It was the manner in which you tried to get your point across.Please go back for one example to the 'hypnotists'thread.You was nasty to a certain member.Its not nice being on the receiving end of it,is it Tonker?

You still haven't 'got it' have you. That Hypnosis thing is what i'm talking about. Why, have I said something else, other than the hypnosis thing, that I don't know about?

Zoe, you should go to a Hypnotist and ask them if they can take part of your subconscious mind back to when you were in Primary school. That might help you to write properly, the way you were taught as a child.

Now, if Zoe24 can't take that comment as a joke about her daft writing she must be paranoid.

P.S. .. I certainly don't consider myself to be on the 'recieving end' as you put it. It's called a 'Forum'. I expect others to have different opinions and ideas than mine and I don't take instant dislike to anyone who gives them.

Not at all, Zoe24. People will just get fed up of trying to decipher what you have written and ignore it. Why not go along with the flow, and write properly?

Sorry Lynn, but I agree with Tonker. The least we can all do is write in English - not mobile phone speak. I can understand what you write, but I find it very aggravating.
