crafting

anyone male or female into cardmaking on wigan world?

I make all my own cards, have done for a few years.

My little girl is arts and crafts mad, she makes her own, we have box after box of crafts stuff for her.Shes lucky as other halfs boss send her a lot of papers, stickers etc from his wifes craft shop.

I have a couple of female friends who are into card making. Why do you ask?

My grandchildren haven't bought me a card for years, every one is lovingly hand made and as such is cherished a lot more than the overpriced shop ones, my late wife God rest her soul, used to make quite a lot at the day centre she attended and quite a few of the (clients) carried on making their own away from the centre that was New Lodge in Atherton

wiganyankeeron i was just asking `cos its a big hobby of mine i sometimes take them into work and friends buy them i only charge a pound cos i`m the activities organiser and with any money i make i buy materials/ dvds etc for the elderly ladies and i was going to ask if anyone did parchment craft craft as thats the thing im into at the moment

I have a trade card for Country Baskets and JTF where all the crafting stuff is much cheaper - and seeing as its for a good cause would happily let you come with me on my card to buy some stock.
