Sam Rimmer the Blacksmith

Started by: angie_o (1)

My Great Great Grandfather Sam (Samuel) Rimmer was a Blacksmith/Farrier and he served in WW1 in that role. I understand he was the Blacksmith at Orrell Post around the 1920s/1930s. I know its a long shot given that this is nearly 100 years ago but, does anyone know any information/stories or have any photographs please?
