No wonder it crashed with Uncle Albert at the steering wheel!

The captain in question is a Russian National, with the roomer mill now saying that he could have crashed his ship into the tanker on purpose, the tanker was an American ship with an American crew, the tanker was carrying aviation fuel for the American air bases, of which there are a few of them in this country.
