"taking their savings out has soon has possible so the bus company cant get hold of their ticket money"
I assume that it's the same as an oap bus pass. The bus companies bill the
the Government/local authority for trips taken.

No idea about what they get up to. But I was in the dentist a while ago. A migrant came in with his wife and three children. He kicked up a fuss because he insisted he could claim travel allowances. It was explained to him, by the receptionist that he couldn't. He made that much of a fuss that the receptionist had to bring the dentist out from his treatment room to explain that he could not.

A short while ago I was sat in my Doctors when in came a elderly Asian with young teenage girl who demanded to see a Doctor for treatment to his Wife!
Within minutes of being told to sit down, it came up on the screen for Mrs Patel to go to a room which she did led by her husband.
I wish I could get to see a Doctor so quick without making a appointment!

Daily Telegraph
Thousands of Uber Eats couriers have been sacked by the US technology giant or blocked from its app in a crackdown on illegal immigrant workers.
Uber confirmed that it had blocked hundreds of rider accounts each month following an agreement with the Home Office last year to introduce stricter right-to-work checks.
Delivery companies have been under pressure to tackle a rise in undocumented workers using their apps, abusing their substitution system. Under UK employment law, freelancers can allow a “substitute” to work in their stead.
Businesses including Uber Eats and Deliveroo have introduced tougher checks on riders using their apps. On Uber Eats, riders can be asked at random to provide a selfie while they are working. When setting up their accounts, couriers and their substitutes are also required to video-based checks to make sure they have a legal right to work in the UK.
Last October, police raided a run-down caravan site near Bristol where dozens of undocumented workers had been living while working as delivery staff. Police said 17 people were arrested and 13 were taken to immigration detention centres.
In January, The Telegraph revealed that as many as 1m illegal migrants are believed to be working in the UK, according to a private study conducted by a water company.
Meanwhile, Uber Eats has confirmed to The Telegraph that thousands of its own riders have been kicked off its app since the changes were announced last April.
An Uber Eats spokesman said: “All couriers who use the Uber Eats app, whether it is the account holder or their substitute, must undergo checks to ensure they are over 18 and have a legal right to work in the UK. If a courier has been flagged for any breach in our community guidelines, including unlawful or unsafe behaviour, we investigate and take appropriate action on the account, including permanently removing access to the app.
“We are constantly reviewing and improving existing processes to ensure they are as robust as possible.”
