This is 'Judge' Steven Everrett.
He has just said violent Labour THUG Mike Amesbury should face no prison time.
Meanwhile he sent a 53 year old woman to prison for 15 months last summer, her crime?
A throwaway remark on Facebook.
This is BRITISH JUSTICE.

He's most likely to have been guided in his decision by Starmer.

I worked in a women's prison for a couple of years and I honestly thought 3/4 of the inmates shouldn't of been there the justice system seems to be far more sever on females

TOUGH ON CRIME is the BIGGEST LIE the U.K. Government have come out with. They are spending millions of pounds, on fighting knife crime and all they need to do is slap a mandatory 10 year jail sentence for anyone found carrying a knife Whats so difficult about that???? I hope everybody who voted for this pathetic excuse for a govenment are proud of themselves.. How can this 'guy' not be given a custodial sentence ????

His lawyers appealed against the sentence, the appeal was accepted so he was freed......he can now carry on as an MP with all the privileges and his overblown wages. Stinks to high heaven.

No, not quite, once his appeal process is over, and I don't know how long he can drag that out for, or did it end today, when his appeal succeeded, or can he appeal, against the result of his appeal, but at the end of the appeal process, then automatically a recall petition is launched LINK so there will be a by-election, and he will keep getting his salary until he his voted out.

off X
How is it possible to be convicted on 24th February, yet within 3 days, an appeal has been lodged, heard and sentence altered so Mike Amesbury avoids his jail term, without an intervention by someone?
Question is, who is that someone?

This is ex-Met Police officer, Hassnain Shahzad. He's just been convicted of sexually assaulting a girl, 14, in front of her mother.
But, because he's a Pakistani Muslim, he was given a suspended sentence.
Needless to say, a white man would've been jailed.

Let’s see what happens in June, when the Manchester Airport assault on police officers case is heard!

This is Muftah Mohammed.
He had 22 previous offences when he sexually assaulted three 16-year-old schoolgirls in Derby, last summer.
Despite this, he was only jailed for 15 months, which is less than a white man got for shouting at police dogs in Southport.

Yesterday, Labour BLOCKED a bill which would’ve allowed Shabana Mahmood to stop two-tier sentencing.
This means they actively support #TwoTierJustice.
It comes into effect in 18 days.
From then on, Muslims, women & non-whites will automatically get suspended sentences.
