I have seen shoplifting many times. We were at Piccadilly station and my went to look in a fashion shop and when she came back a bloke sat next to us and asked her if she had seen anything she wanted and he would go and get it for her for a quarter of the price.Another time at in Richmond two women sat near us on the green and were cutting off the security tags from M&S stuff and were tooled up for the job.It must cost shops a fortune which they no doubt pass on.

Thats not a scooter, its an electric wheelchair and she was't stopping to answer any questions so,
was it a prank or did that person rob the chair to commit crime or was it a cripple putting two fingers up to the county and taking what she can't afford and, Why did that copper not, just get out of the car and seize her ?

My mum, when she was still with us, had a mobility scooter. One day, she went to Tesco's in Haydock, did a bit of shopping, then left. About 200 yards from the store, she was chased by a security lad, shouting,"hey, hey, you can't go home on that scooter, love"!
You see, Tesco's had exactly the same scooter for hire and use within the store, same colour. Someone had reported her as they thought she was nicking the scooter!

More than once, I've walked over to B+Ms near me and bought stuff too heavy to carry so. I've wheeled the trolly home with the load and unloaded it at my house and , no one stopped me, I took the trolly back of course but, thats because, I'm a nice guy,,,,,

When Morrisons was in Ince, I used to see people off the estate wheeling their shopping home in a Morrisons trolley. Some of them would just leave it in their garden!
