A House Through Time
Just watched the final episode of this 4 part series Usually the programme is only about one house. This series was about two houses. One in London and one in Berlin. BRILLIANT Chapeau to the BBC. For this and another favourite programme, recently ended. SOLAR SYSTEM.

I like programmes like that, especially the "Back in Time For ....." programmes which start in the 1800s up to the present time.
I think I'll watch that one though because I've lived in Berlin and I'd like so see how the two cities compared with each other.

It's his stock in trade, Tommy.
Admin: No, I'll watch all the episodes. I've already watched two and I find it fascinating, but it's Leeds and Berlin, not London.

Maybe I'm watching an earlier series then, but so far I've only seen Leeds which is about a house in Headingly, West Yorkshire. Not got to any other city yet.
I'll have a look when I get chance to see any others.
Ah, just looked. I'm currently watching Series 4, not 5.

mollie if you open the link that I put in my first post It gives you details of the four parts of the latest series about the two houses in London and Berlin. The last part was only shown this week.

Thanks, Admin. I don't have a TV so I watch everything on ITV and BBC on catch-up, and Series 5 is shown to be available there. I'll get to it when Series 4 ends.

Winnie: If you can go to BBC TV Guide on your computer, go to the Search Box and type in A House Through Time, you'll see that Series 4 and 5 are both available. Series 5 is Two Cities At War, or click on this link.

What's confusing?
Let me try to clarify. When Admin put this topic on I replied that I liked that kind of programme so I went into BBC TV Guide and found Series 4, which is what I thought Admin meant. So, I started to watch Series 4, but it wasn't what I thought Admin meant.
I was watching about a house in Headingly, but Admin had mentioned London and Berlin, until I realised that Admin was watching Series 5, not 4 like me. Series 5 is about London and Berlin, which I haven't got to yet.
Winnie, for some reason, couldn't get Series 5, hence my putting a link on for her to watch. Hope that clears it up.
