after a recent blood test.

I got a text from the Doc to say, " your blood test reveals your frolic acid is too low" I showed it to my Mrs and she suggested that we do some frolicing, So we froliced in the garden, then in the shed and in the woods to hopefully adjust the frolic levels, After putting on my better glasses, I noticed it is folic acid and it means, a lack of vitamin B2,

Tom, you're as mad as a box of frogs!

If your folic acid level is too low it means a lack of sodium (salt). I had that problem a few years ago. I tried to keep my intake low as I have high blood pressure, and too much salt is bad, but I wasn't getting enough so I started to add a little more to my meals. A follow-up test showed that my level was back to normal.

yea well , that makes sense because, I too have high blood pressure and don't take salt because of that, I take a lisinopril tablet every day to counter the BP and that works fine so, I'll stop the frolicing for now and put a bit of salt on my food, to be honest, I'm worn out and ready for bed,

I take a little Lisinopril as well, and an Amlodipine, both for high BP, and that's why I used less salt.

Don't keep frolicking with the missus though, especially at your age and having high BP. You'll wear yourself, and your missus, then where will you be!

And there's now't wrong with still doing a bit of frolicing if you are still capable of doing it!

I am also a connoisseur of the blood pressure medications, and I can tell yoo Tom, that Lisinopril doesn't half bugger up your Libido

I beg to differ on that Tommy tee or, At least it hasn't yet and, at my last review , The Doc was pleased with the improvement of my BP and was considering lowering the dosage ,
