I hope he can arrange rapid response ambulances as well . My brother in law had a stroke so, they phoned an ambulance and the response was,

" there is a 15 hour waiting list, can someone get him to hospital in the family ?" And the family got him there and he was in for 15 hours then. sent to Manchester and they got him home a day later, It all makes a joke of that,
