Wigan man has been given a suspended prison sentence after pleading guilty to engaging in sexual communication with a child.

Peter Baldwin, 59, of Harswell Close, Orrell, communicated with a child under 16, which included sending naked photographs and asking for pictures of the child, between May 23 and June 20, 2023.

Does anyone live near this Pedophile? I wonder how you would feel if you lived near him and had young children?
Why was he not given the same sentence as Jimmy Saville, Rolf Harris and Gary Glitter???

The law is definitely an ass.

I WONDER WHAT HIS WIFE( IF HE STILL HAS ONE?) AND CHILDREN THINK??? WOULD THEY LET HIM ANYWHERE NEAR HIS GRANDCHILDREN?

This happens a lot, especially so since the internet arrived. But, and without thinking I’m siding with him, you need to look at the story from both sides.
Let me say this, I’ve seen schoolgirls in Wigan clubs/discos/bars at weekends in the early hours of the morning so, unless specifically told, mistakes can happen.

I would’ve happily given that guy a severe beating should chance have occurred. Now, can you see the difference?
