Cindy
First of all you need a photo hosting site and at one time everyone used Photobucket, but now folk use other providers instead and the one I use is this one LINK and don't bother with that account pricing thing, just press 'start uploading' and when you have uploaded your picture, press 'copy' in that box which appears, and then in the address bar at the top of the page, or even open a new page in your browser, and right click and from the drop down menu, click on 'paste' and if it has pasted into the address bar, then press enter to see your picture, and that is a page containing your picture and now here is the clever bit, and are yoo listening or even reading Tonker & Tom (rhymes), go to the middle of the picture and right click on it, and from the drop down menu, click on 'copy image address' or however your browser words that command, and then follow the instructions on here for posting a picture, by right clicking, and from the drop down menu click on 'paste' in the command paste the picture address after the = sign and then after the image address add making sure there is no space between the image address and the ] sign, and that puts a picture in your posting

Cindy
Use a different browser or switch everything off, and when you fire up again, it might be there
