I have seen plenty of English people on deliveroo bikes Tom, and Food hub and Uber eats and Hungry Horse. Perhaps it’s because you live in Poolstock.

Not seen much from Deliveroo here.
We have two local 'Just Eats' lads.
Both are quite dark Asians by 'race'.
Both are English.

their bikes are illegal too, I've never yet seen one pedal, they use a thottle which means, they are a moped and should be registered, taxed and insured so, why are the police turning a blind eye ?

Maybe I am thinking too hard here Tom but if you asked the police instead of us chances are you might get a better answer!
