Well Nigel Farage in the House of Commons did what I wanted him to do, which was 'liven' the place up a bit, which he did, and he was right about what he said about John Bercow, because Speaker John Bercow was a 'biased' disgrace over Brexit, because the essence of the Speakers job is to remain 'unbiased' and 'impartial' and it was the will of the British people who John Bercow defied, and the BBC are also a 'disgrace' because they are supposed to be 'unbiased' and 'impartial' in their reporting of matters.

The funding thing is on page six of that second link, but as regards being a Farage supporter, I don't think that I can be called that, I like some of the things he says, but some of the things he says I don't like, I voted for Reform in the general election, but it was in a sort of half hearted way, because these new start up parties don't seem to get anywhere, it always comes back down to a choice between Labour and Conservative.

If you were to look through the Parliamentary register of member’s interests you would see that scores of MPs make overseas trips every year. Some as members of select committees and others for personal reasons.
Although paid by a special parliamentary set up MPs are self employed.

MP's go on 'fact finding' trips abroad but in many cases, they are just a paid holiday.

Councillors are just as bad.

A example being a former Wigan Labour Councillor who a few years ago went on a three week holiday to Canada to see his daughter, but was there for five weeks. Three weeks paid by himself with the extra two weeks paid by the Council on a so called 'fact finding' excercise.
