By which, I am referring to Ricky Gervais's comedy programme of this name.

Just watched on TV. Anyone else?

Was funny in what I suppose you would describe as an ironic rather than a belly laugh sort of way.

A lot of the material would probably have been unacceptable/ in bad taste delivered by most in the trade. It takes some skill to derive humour out of the sensitive topics which he visited bowt causing offence.

personally I don't like him but, he is clever and delivers a message in a way that is , making a point to offend yet, balances it out to wonder why people find him offensive when, He don't give a hoot but hey , he sells out at all his gigs so,,,,,

Gervais is about as funny as a night out in Kabul with some members of the Teliban.
