why is it only the women at wimbledon make weird grunting noises?

For that very reason iv'e stopped watching it , it seems some of the men are now making grunting noises ,so until they BAN it i do choose not to watch most of them grunting all the time ,i think they should bring a rule in if you grunt you are docked points ,think they'll stop making such ridiculous noise!
