Well Sajid Javid resigned, when he was Chancellor of the Exchequer, or more like he spat dummy out, when he did not like how Boris was changing the relationship between number 10 and number 11 Downing Street.

Rishi Sunak, the present Chancellor of the Exchequer has now resigned, because of Pincher affair, however take note, that today the pound has reached a low against the dollar, it is at a level last seen in the 1980s, and that is Rishi's job to take the flak over that, so maybe Rishi decided to resign now, as to avoid the fallout from the pound being on its backside

Its one way of ending your political career in the Tory party!

And I would hate to think that either of them would be leading me into a battle or war!

Those people who you are making racist comments about, were born in this country, and they are no more or less British than me or you, is it that important to you, what the colour of a person's skin is ?

The colour of a person's skin does not matter to me one jot it's their lack of integrity

Your racist comment did not say, hint or refer in any way to 'integrity'

Whupsy

Last night Nigel Farage was saying that he thought that Nadhim Zahawi, would be a good successor to Boris Johnson, and that he would make a good Prime Minster, and Nadhim Zahawi is an Iraqi by birth LINK

He doesn't sound like much of a racist to me, and his wife is German, but from his younger days I would say that there was some suggestion of racist behaviour, and he was a follower of Enoch Powell, but how does that make me out to be a racist, because I have said on several occasions that I don't agree with a lot of Nigel Farage's opinions, particularly about Donald Trump, but why Whupsy, in your mind, do you think that if I agree with Nigel Farage about the EU, then I agree with him about everything else he thinks and does, why does your mind work in that way Whupsy ?

What was UKIP for ?

Was it to promote racism ?

No, that is what the far right parties do.

UKIP was there to promote leaving the EU,

Your party Whupsy, Labour, tried to overturn the result of the referendum.

One stroke the term ,uncle tom, was used by coloured people to describe other coloured people who had bettered their position in life by crawling to white people ie lost their integrity,I really don't know why the post was taken down

Whupsy

I voted for UKIP twice, firstly in the local elections in 2014 and the second was in the 2015 General Election, when over 10,000 of us voted for UKIP in the Makerfield Constituency.
That was over seven years ago, and that was because I wanted us to leave the EU, and in the General Election's in 2017 and 2019 UKIP didn't field a candidate in the Makerfield Constituency, so I could not have voted for them if I had wanted too

A bit of credit to Javid for being the first one to resign.
I fervently hope that Truss,Patel ,Dorries and Mogg are banished to the rear of meaningful politics in this country as they have been totally complicit with the actions of a rogue and a liar up to the eyeballs in sleaze and corruption!

Nadine Dorries is the only member who I would really like to see out. I think she personifies divisiveness, identifies people as enemies, for whom it his her personal mission to hurt them! Boris nurtured divisiveness, it is time to see it cease.

All the three parties at both National and Local level are no different where lies and corruption are concerned.

The Tories today, but who tomorrow?

p.s. Remember Tory Tony, he was not adverse to telling lies and using his position to make a bob or two on retiring from parliament!

I think Blair misled the country over WMD, but I am sure whatever untruths Labour are accused of pale into insignificance at the rubbish been put out by Johnson and qualified by his lapdogs every day, quite wrongly judging by the abject resignation letters and the reasons submitted in them.

Blair was itching to go to war, and when it became apparent that there was considerable opposition to the upcoming war in the UK, the million strong protest march in London etc, Bush told Blair not to take part in the war, because the American military, did not need British military help to take Iraq, but it was Blair who insisted on the British taking part.
