Other than having the corner unit professionally cleaned does anyone know of a good cleaning product to remove marking on the headrests ?

If it's fabric then vax platinum carpet shampoo works a treat.

I find Dr. Beckham carpet stain remover great stuff. It's also for upholstery.
Not expensive. I buy mine from Home Bargains.
