In't it Good.

To wake up in a morning...knowing you don't have to go to work...supported by the meagre pensions you have paid into. Doing what you want to do.,when you want to do it....Having holidays anytime you want...giving grandkids back at the end of the day...having no animals to look after...Bliss.

I'm having next week off work, so I'll be able to concur with you then. The weather will be glorious so I'll be able to do what I normally do and just sit out with my Code Breaker and a cup of tea, and do nowt else for a whole week. Bliss.

Your dead right BB , been retired for the best part of fifteen years now and never felt better mentally but the flip side is, I've been on the roller coaster of life and now have just gone over the last mountain top and speeding down the last dip and coming to the end of the ride and the damned annoying part is I can't find the brake, any ideas where it is.?

@Biker.
I wouldn't call the £921 per month state pension meagre?

I think you have previously stated that you have 3 pensions.
So maybe you can use the £921 per month state pension as a "top up.

i fully agree billinge biker on all counts. I had a hospital appointment last week and I resented having to watch the time and turn out when told,

Yes I did. But you did get it wrong. As usual. Problem with you, Mr Green. He does happen to know quite a lot more than you.
