Did 147 miles today with fellow Dave Myers admirers...luckily the rain kept off...a marvellous turnout again. Thousands on the bridges/flyovers and bridges...RIP young man.

I went that way too BB, North bound and 2 long hold ups due to rubberkneckers viewing RTC's on other carriageway

What a lovely thing to do Mr Biker. I really liked Dave and Si (The Hairy Bikers) because their kind of humour really appealed to me, and I enjoyed their cookery as well.

So very sad when he died, despite literally fighting for his life, and I bet Si King was devastated, and probably still is. I miss them both, but Dave Myers is a great loss.

He was a lovely fella - an awful loss.
