Pedestrian crossing
Time some one got their act together from the council or Aldi. There has been traffic disruption around the new Aldi on Wigan road while pedestrian lights were installed then uninstalled due to some ducting not being installed . I am led to believe the lights have now been reinstalled but cannot be used until there is a public consultation about weither people want the crossing where it is. Who is paying for this fiasco and why was a public consultation not done before any work started on this project

If there isn't an accident soon, at the exit, then I'm a monkey's uncle!

Of which there are plenty by Wigan Council!
Roundabouts where there should be lights and lights where there should be a roundabout and neither at busy road junctions like Gathurst and Springs Road.
A new speed camera obstructing the view of a 30mph sign on Whelley.
Having to go all the way around the ring road to get from Frog Lane to the railway stations on Wallgate or via Prescott Street and a industrial estate instead of a shorter and more direct route via Dorning Street and King Street West where there is a bus lane which is not needed for the number of buses that use it.
The farcical road markings when you leave Home Bargains at Newtown.
And that's just a sample of the road cock ups!
