Sheltered accomodation

Hello everybody I have just joined the group and this is my first post. I am looking for advice about sheltered accomodation for the elderly. My mum is 92 and lives alone in her own house but due to poor health she can't manage by herself any longer. Her family do what we can but she needs more help than we can provide. We are thinking a one bedroom council bungalow or flat in Wigan with access to help if she needs it. She does not want to sell her house. Does anyone have a ball park figure how much it might cost.
