If we could stop Hitler and the Nazi's crossing the Channel, why can't we stop people reaching our shores in overcrowded small boats?
Like a Whitehall farce it has become under the fourteen years of the Tories and it will go no better under Labour when they know that if allowed to stay, around 70% of them vote for their party!

All the jobs they get will be cash in hand so they can carry on getting their handouts plus all other perks.Starmer looks after other people instead of his own.

" why can't we stop people reaching our shores in overcrowded small boats?"
Because the United Nations says we can't.
"Starmer looks after other people instead of his own."
Starmer can't do anything about it.
Laaaaike!

A Pakistani migrant Mohamed Danyal sexually assaulted a 14 year old Christian girl in UK. When the girl screamed for help, the local people caught Md Daniyal. Shameless Mohammad Daniyal has started giving justification that he is muslim & this is justified for him by Allah.

Not to mention the many foreigners who are now in our country involved in modern day world of slavery!
Not much being said about that by the Black lives Matter and anti statue lot!
Replied: 30th Dec 2024 at 09:07
Tonker- We could start by leaving the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights and write our own Bill of Rights. Secondly withdraw all benefits for illegal migrants .
This may be a starter to discourage all the illegals at least, and then be scrupulous in checking all the legal immigrants!

Agree with you fed up ,I thought that's what was supposed to happen after brexit, just another of The things the Tories messed up
Replied: 30th Dec 2024 at 17:44
Brexit was undertaken by the Civil Service, a non-political body. They run the government by advising the commons and the lords on what can and can't be done. The UK member of the European Commission, at the time of Brexit, was Jonathan King, head of the Civil Service.
He, and his team, are the ones who are to blame for any failings.
Don't be thinking that the UK, as a country, is controlled by a political party representative of commoners.

Replied: 30th Dec 2024 at 20:01
tonker is correct in saying that top civil servants along with members of the arsitocracy establishment who are freemasons run the country and have powers of impreachment to preserve our democracy and the monachy.
They are known as the 1922 Committee!
A reason why the IRA murdered Lord Mountbatten and the leading Conserative MP Airey Neive as they were both leading members of the freemason establishment.
Always remember Labour Prime Minister Harald Wilson saying in the early sixties when elected that if he and his government went to far to the left, he would be impeached and the government disolved.

OC
The 1922 committee is a Conservative Party committee.
You must be thinking of the Privy Council. However, your description of its make up and function is a tad fanciful.
Happy New Year
Replied: 31st Dec 2024 at 22:48
gaffer
Not fanciful, but fact!
But you are right in saying that the 1922 Commitee is a Conservative committee, but the fact remains that its members who are freemasons are part of the establishment that along with organisations like the Yeomen of England, Sherriffs, the large landowners, the old trade societies in the City of London together with the armed forces control our country to preserve the democracy and the crown from ever being a republic!
Have a happy new year as well!

Replied: 3rd Jan 2025 at 10:34
Why just Slovakians and not the many others as well?
Perhaps, if they did, there might not be the same inclination to come here to the land of milk and honey which our country has become in the last few years!

"Is it time to cut Slovakian benefits here.."
Why would Slovakians be over here claiming benefits? Slovakia is a nice country with a better economy and standard of living than here.
Replied: 4th Jan 2025 at 13:10
I could not agree more, Tonker.
It is a country full of history, historic buildings and a decent economy and a good standard of living, and its great for tourists.
Since they had the "velvet divorce with Czechoslovakia they have done very well since. They had a serious economic crisis a few years ago, but they beat it. We could learn a few lessons from the Slovaks. Well done them

23,000 boat people have entered the UK in the last six months of the present Labour government and according to reports, a mass "armada" type invasion of our shores is being planned in the Spring.
Time for another Captain Drake perhaps!

Off twitter
Two 'refugees' from Syria were given a home in the UK to escape from the troubles in their indigenous homeland.
They repaid the UK's hospitality by raping a 13 year old child repeatedly. They told her she would be killed or taken to another country if she didn't do as they asked.
Their excuse?
They fled a warzone, they were 'easily led', they were 'haunted' by their experiences in Syria.
The vulnerable child tried to learn their language and started reading the Quran in an attempt to befriend the men, and in return she was "abused and passed around", the judge said.
This was only in March 2024.

Apparentlly, Starmer is now attacking those who in his words are telling lies about grooming gangs, but it comes as no surprise when so many involved in the gangs are of a foreign background and more than likely voters of his party!

cheshirecat,
I am well aware that grooming gangs started under the Tories, but my comments were about Srarmer claiming lies were being told about them and the possible reasons why he and Labour are upset!
In regard to what you claim is moaning, you don't do too bad yourself moaning about what others can afford in comparison to what you can afford yourself and pensioners going on foreign holidays paid for out of their heating allowance.
You need to come to come out of the hole more often to see what's happening in the real wondeland world of only six months of the new government!
