Solar panels

Just read that Ded Silliband wants to fit 1 BILLION solar panels all over farmland, and an extra 5000 wind turbines to make us self sufficient by 2035. Is there no end to this mans obsessions.

It’s not difficult to envisage a scenario in the not too distant future whereby the National Grid has to pull the plug on a sizeable area of the UK in order to stop the grid going into meltdown.

What happened to rent a roof?

I've just been watching a program on the 1970's and the power cuts brought about by strikes, I remember them and we all went on a 3 day week, Candles sold out ,paraffin heaters sold out and petrol was rationed, It was all panic panic panic and there was no need because, It all got sorted just like the recent panic with covid, It got sorted, So lets learn,

Too true Mollie, If you've only half a brain, that's all you need to watch telly. people fully brained up, get out and live life like yourself Mollie, get work, meet folks, socialize , who cares whats on telly ?
