Personally...NOT interested in their religious political dictator squabbles...the UK should keep well out of it..Since the liberation of that Syrian jail....how many will try and get to our promised land ? Not a clue if they are murderers...Paedophiles..Terrorists...etc etc... What is the Government doing about it ??.

The rebels who have just taken over Syria were already on the UK government's proscribed terrorist list.

How many Syrians will now go back to their own country?Not many I imagine.Saw a few interviewed on TV this morning and none said they would go back to live.We can expect some more dross arriving.

I watched a tv programme last night about a Syrian refugee and he said he is settled in Huddersfield with his bees and was very happy here!

People left Syria due to Assad ( allegedly ) and came here via Turkey and Lebanon! There is now no reason for them to remain here any longer now that their (alleged ) perpetrator is no longer in power.

Let's see what happens?

There is a big difference between giving a country aid and aiding them whilst they are over here.

I prefer the former rather than the latter.
Keep them out of the UK, we have enough of them to be going on with.

Very few of them ever go home as they are too well looked after here!

Amazes me that there is not a large sign on the White Cliffs of Dover saying
"Welcome to the United Kingdom, your land of milk and honey"
