There were no immigrants employed years ago, when the NHS was at it's peak, running like clockwork.

Exactly, as in those days before the invasion, you had to have a job and work for a living as a means of income as there was no alternative income like the numerous benefits and non paying of rates (Council Tax) of today, just unemployment benefit (dole) which many regarded as a stigma.

Far to easy today for people to be paid not to work!

The immigrants started to come when the NHS was formed, then. We had all those immigrants who came from Uganda; most of the ones coming to Europe now are a different breed, but they want to work, and that's why they risk their lives to come here.

True, many who came by Windrush came here to work and fill the many vacancies as a result of the loss of manpower after the second world war, but the sad thing is that many of their descendants have never had the same attitude or inclination to work and have been content to live on benefit system and commit crime, especially drug dealing.
