I wish I took my camera today

We cycled today along the towpath to Parbold, the crispy morning temp was -1 and it was in our own interests to keep moving, the air was still and the canal was smooth like a mirror effect, The reflection of the trees was vivid in the canal and looked like a valley below us and, although I did have my fone with me, I did't want to stop or take off me gloves because, It was important to keep moving,
Chances like that don't come often

So the canal had not frozen over ?

No Tommy Tee, we went to the Eccleston delph, its a diving skool and open swimming place and. there were folks swimming in it, One of the swimmers told us the water temp was 11c the air temp was -1 so. the water was warmer than the air,
