Had it a good few years ago.....no problems whatsoever. Each person will probably react differently, so it's a case of wait and see how you are.

I got offered, the flu jab, shingle jab, covid jab, pneumonia jab and refused them all, I might regret it but, I think building your own natural immune system is a better way to go, so, keep moving, eat less and get vitamin Sea as much as you can from the coast and 5 a day of, oats, barley, hops brewed in a vat,
I was out walking a few days ago and walking passed a pub a bloke shouts " hey Tom, WTF have you been" I turned to see a ' long time no see' friend of my working life, He invited me into the pub and we was having a banter and he said to me, " do you take cocaine ? " I was flabbergassed at that, I asked him, " why do you ask that?" , He said " because me and thee are probably the only 2 in here not taking it " Wow, That shocked me,

The shingles vaccine protects all adults over 65, those between 70 and 79 and anyone over 50 who have a severely weaken immune system.

It is recomended by the NHS that anyone of the above age groups have the vaccine as Shingles is very unpleasant and not to be ignored, especially by the elderly as it can lead to other medical issues.

Better to be safe than sorry later!
