HISTORICAL WALKS AROUND WIGAN TOWN CENTRE

AFTER THE FIRST VERY SUCCESSFUL, WALK, LAST WEEK AROUND THE TOWN CENTRE. BY WIGAN BUILDING HERITIAGE TRUST's. JIM MEEHAN AND ANDY LOMAX. THERE ARE TWO MORE DIFFERENT WALKS PLANNED FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS. I'LL POST DETAILS OF DATES LATER SO KEEP A LOOK OUT AS THE PLACES ON THEM ARE LIMITED TO AROUND 15 PEOPLE PER WALK.

did they see the big ugly hole and the magnificent old rushtons building looking down on it and smiling to itself? l personally am ashamed of my town center,the counsellors have a lot to answer for, they are too busy thinking of how they can spend their ,20,000 pounds pocket money ,,
