Arrests

Lots of arrests were made in Wigan town centre last night,drunks,drugs and a driving offence made by plain clothes Police ,hopefully we're going to feel less intimidated in future

They're arresting the wrong people. They should start at the top and work downwards. Doing that, they'd only have to go halfway because the bottom half of their 'system' would be rendered useless without it's supporting hierarchy.
But they can't do that. Oh, no. That would be treading on someone's toes, someone higher than them.
"we just haven't got the manpower"? My arse!
