Ok - new thread time.
Here are two shots from 7th Sept - but I only got the negatives back from Ilford Labs yesterday.
I took these on a 1980s Fuji GS645S medium format rangefinder camera - using Ilford Delta 100 black and white film.

Oy is quite right, this is not st Asaph church .both the church and cathedral are a little more inland. The cathedral being the smallest in Wales, if not the UK.

You must be thick, cos you obviously don't appreciate photographic art or moood photography, Oy's photos are brilliant and I have been to Bolton Museum many a time, mainly to look at the aquarium there, but last time I went the aquarium was closed
Although there is all the controversy going on about the old town hall being demolished, I do think that the area looks better now the eyesore is being demolished and it will look even better, when the demolition is complete and I have heard that Brocol House's days are numbered, so if that is demolished too, then that part of Wigan at the bottom of King Street, will look very different and 0pen and it will need building on and I personally think that Wigan needs to have it's very own very tall skyscraper, to put Wigan on the map (flight maps) because such a new building, should be so high, that flashing navigation lights will need to be attached to the top of the building, to stop planes crashing into it.
I was thinking of a building akin to the 'Shard' in that London and maybe the Wigan version could be called the 'Splinter' because Southerners refer to broken glass as being 'Shards' of glass, but us Northerners call them 'Splinters' of glass, well I do anyway
Replied: 28th Sep 2013 at 10:22
Aye Wigan would look great with a monster glass skyscraper hahahaaa

Out in the shrubbery today for what may be the last Dragonfly hunt of the year.
This is my fave of the day – Two mating Black darters – taken up in a tree with the Nikon 300mm F4. Shortly afterwards these flew down and landed on my shirt! All I could do was bag a few shots on my iPhone lol.
